ADHD coaching and support in Newcastle and across the UK

I work with people who were diagnosed late, or are only just figuring it out. You’re not lazy or disorganised, your brain just works differently. Coaching helps you build systems that fit you.

Available in person across the North East, with online support available across the UK.

If you are quietly struggling at work with burnout or lack of focus, or if you need a little help with organisation and time management, or just want to work out how to get the best from yourself, you are in the right place. Together we can work through practical strategies and ideas to help you live life, your way.

Book a Chat

No pressure, just a very informal online chat to see what would help.

Is this for you?

This is practical support for real life. Not theory. Not judgement. Just help that fits the way your brain actually works.

Who it’s for

You might be figuring things out later than expected. Or starting to question patterns that have been there for years.

Whether you’re working, studying, or just trying to keep things together day to day, it can take more effort than it should.

This is for you if:

  • Late diagnosis or self-identified ADHD, and you’re piecing things together
  • Work, home, or relationships feel harder than they should
  • You want practical tools, not pressure
  • You’re ready to try small changes and keep what works

If you’re working in higher education professional services and this feels familiar, there’s a more focused page here: Support for HE professional services

Practical tools

We work on time, planning, decision making, working memory, emotional regulation, and things that are actually getting in your way.

Gentle accountability

We keep what helps, change what does not, and work with your actual capacity rather than pretending you have endless energy.

How it works

The process is simple. It needs to be.

1

Free intro call

We have a short chat about what is going on, what you want help with, and whether this feels like a good fit.

2

Start plan

We agree the rhythm, the focus, and what progress actually looks like for you.

3

Review and refine

We keep what works, tweak what does not, and build something useful rather than forcing a perfect system.

Cost and practical details

There are a few ways to get started, including lower-cost options and funded support.

Quick questions

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is future focused and practical. We work on skills, systems, and support while keeping wellbeing in view.

Do I need a formal diagnosis?

No. If ADHD fits your experience, that is enough to start.

How often are sessions?

Weekly or fortnightly is typical. We choose a rhythm that suits your energy and goals.

Can you help with workplace adjustments?

Yes. We can map needs, draft wording for your manager, and plan small trials so changes stick.

Can I work with you if I live outside Newcastle?

Yes. Sessions are available online more widely, as well as in person in the North East.
