Privacy Policy
This page explains how ADHDaptive Ltd collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information.
1. Who we are
ADHDaptive Ltd is a UK business providing coaching, consultancy, training, and related support.
Website: adhdaptive.org
Email: info@adhdaptive.org
Registered company number: 15938331
2. What information we collect
We may collect personal information such as:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Billing information
- Information you choose to share through forms, emails, bookings, or coaching enquiries
3. How we collect information
We collect information when you:
- Contact us by email or form
- Book a discovery call, Brain Session, coaching session, or other appointment
- Buy a service or resource
- Sign up for updates or downloads
- Browse the website, where basic technical and privacy-focused analytics data may be collected
Bookings may be handled through Calendly. When you use a Calendly booking link, Calendly may collect information needed to arrange the appointment, such as your name, email address, booking time, and any details you choose to provide.
Calendly may also use its own cookies or similar technologies on its booking pages. Those cookies are managed by Calendly, and Calendly is responsible for its own cookie notices, privacy controls, and data handling on its platform.
4. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to enquiries
- Arrange and deliver services
- Send invoices or service information
- Improve website content and user experience
- Meet legal, tax, or regulatory obligations
5. Coaching notes, transcripts, and summaries
With your permission, ADHDaptive Ltd may record or transcribe coaching sessions to support the creation of written summaries.
- Transcripts or recordings are used only to create session summaries
- These transcripts are deleted once the summary has been completed
- Written summaries are provided to you after each session
- Summaries are stored during the coaching relationship and deleted after the coaching ends
This process is designed to support clarity, reflection, and continuity between sessions while respecting your privacy.
6. Data minimisation
ADHDaptive Ltd follows a data minimisation approach.
This means:
- Only collecting personal data that is needed to provide services
- Not collecting information “just in case”
- Not keeping data longer than necessary
- Regularly reviewing and removing data that is no longer required
If something is not needed to support you or deliver the service, it is not collected or kept.
7. Lawful basis for processing
We process personal data under one or more lawful bases, including consent, contract, legal obligation, and legitimate interests, depending on the reason the data was provided.
8. How we store and protect your data
We take reasonable steps to keep personal data secure and limit access to authorised use only.
Data may be stored in secure email systems, booking systems, payment systems, and document storage used to run ADHDaptive Ltd.
Privacy is not an afterthought here. ADHDaptive is deliberately set up to collect less, track less, and avoid the kind of unnecessary data gathering that has become far too normal online.
That is why this website does not use advertising pixels, behavioural profiling tools, retargeting trackers, or Google Analytics. I do not want people followed around the internet because they looked for ADHD, autism, coaching, burnout, shared care, or workplace support. That feels wrong, and frankly, a bit grim.
9. How long we keep your data
We only keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, or as long as required by law, tax, insurance, or business record-keeping obligations.
10. Sharing your data
We do not sell personal data.
Information may be shared with trusted service providers where needed to run the business, such as booking, payment, or email platforms, or where required by law.
This may include services such as Calendly for booking appointments, payment providers for payments, email providers for communication, and privacy-focused analytics tools used to understand basic website use.
11. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of data where appropriate
- Object to certain types of processing
- Withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis
To make a request, email info@adhdaptive.org.
12. Cookies and website data
The ADHDaptive website itself does not use cookies for normal browsing.
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Plausible Analytics. These tools are used to understand basic website use, such as which pages are visited, which content is useful, and whether the site is working properly.
This is deliberately privacy-friendly. It gives ADHDaptive enough information to improve the website without building personal profiles, tracking people across the internet, or collecting more data than is needed.
Cloudflare helps with website performance, security, and basic traffic insight. Plausible is used because it is designed for privacy-focused analytics and does not rely on invasive tracking.
If you click a Calendly booking link, you will use Calendly’s booking system. Calendly may use cookies or similar technologies on its own pages. Those are controlled by Calendly, not ADHDaptive, and Calendly provides its own cookie and privacy controls.
13. Third-party links
This website may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices, content, or security.
This includes external services such as Calendly, payment providers, social media platforms, and any other third-party website linked from ADHDaptive.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
