How it works

1

Discovery call

A straightforward chat about what’s going on and what’s not working. No pressure, just a chance to see if this would help.

2

A plan that fits

We agree what support looks like. That might be consultancy, training, coaching, or a mix. Focus stays on things that will actually make a difference.

3

Ongoing support

We work through it together. Adjust as needed, deal with real situations as they come up, and keep things moving.

Andrew Lambert ADHD coach

Who you’ll be working with

ADHDaptive is led by Andrew Lambert, an AoEC-trained coach with a background in IT leadership, including senior roles in higher education and local government.

Andrew brings lived experience of ADHD and autism alongside real experience of how pressure builds in organisations, especially where people are accountable without having full control.

The focus is always practical. What is actually happening day to day, what is getting in the way, and what will make things work better in reality.

What people say

Andrew delivered a Q&A at the 2024 Technical Partnership Conference. His insight landed straight away with the audience and sparked honest discussion across teams.

Mel, Deputy Head of Infrastructure, Newcastle University

Andrew is authentic, thoughtful, and easy to talk to. He brings a level of understanding that helps people feel seen and supported without it feeling heavy.

Angela, Founder, Conscience Coaching & Consulting CIC

Practical and clear. We came away with a better understanding of neurodivergence and what we could actually do differently as a team.
