ADHD Brain Sessions
One focused hour to untangle one ADHD problem.
Some ADHD problems do not need a full coaching package straight away.
Sometimes you just need one calm, practical hour with someone who understands ADHD properly.
You might be stuck with time, motivation, lateness, unfinished tasks, work pressure, overwhelm, emotional spirals, or a decision you keep circling.
A Brain Session gives you space to bring one problem, talk it through, and leave with a clearer sense of what is going on and what to try next.
£75 for one 60-minute online session.
What is a Brain Session?
A Brain Session is a one-hour online session focused on one specific issue.
It is useful when something feels tangled and you need help making sense of it.
You do not need to have everything worked out before you book.
You just need one thing you want to look at.
- “I’m always late.”
- “I keep forgetting things.”
- “I cannot start the thing.”
- “I start things but never finish them.”
- “I know what I need to do, but I still do not do it.”
- “I am overwhelmed and I cannot see the next step.”
- “I need to make a decision and my brain keeps looping.”
This is practical support.
Not a lecture.
Not a generic productivity chat.
Not someone telling you to buy a planner and become a new person by Tuesday.
Always late or forgetting things?
This is one of the most common things people bring.
You care.
You meant to do it.
Then time slips, the reminder disappears, or the task drops out of your head completely until there are consequences.
That can affect work, relationships, appointments, admin, money, study, and your confidence.
A Brain Session can help you untangle one problem around time, memory, reminders, routines, or tasks that keep slipping out of sight.
The aim is not to shame you into trying harder.
The aim is to understand what is actually happening and find a way forward that works with your brain.
What can we use the session for?
You can use a Brain Session to think through one ADHD-related problem, pattern, or situation.
- getting to work or appointments on time
- forgetting tasks, messages, forms, or deadlines
- starting something you keep avoiding
- finishing something that keeps dragging on
- working out why a routine keeps falling apart
- preparing for a difficult conversation
- understanding overwhelm at work or home
- making sense of a repeated pattern
- deciding whether longer ADHD coaching might help
Bring the thing that is bothering you most.
We will start there.
How it works
- Brain Sessions are online and last 60 minutes.
- You book a time that suits you.
- Payment is taken when you book.
- The session is focused on one main issue, so we can use the hour well.
- You do not need to prepare a long history. A few notes are fine, but not needed.
Come as you are.
Messy thoughts allowed.
Half-formed explanations allowed.
“I don’t know where to start” is allowed.
What happens after the session?
You may leave with:
- a clearer understanding of the problem
- one or two practical next steps
- a better sense of what keeps getting in the way
- ideas for reminders, routines, boundaries, or support
- a decision about whether coaching would be useful
There is no written summary included with a Brain Session.
That keeps the session focused, affordable, and simple.
How many Brain Sessions can I book?
Brain Sessions are designed for short, focused support.
I normally offer a maximum of two Brain Sessions per person.
If the same patterns keep coming up in different parts of your life, the six-session ADHD coaching package may be a better fit.
That gives us more time to work with the bigger picture, not just one problem at a time.
Price
A Brain Session is £75.
This includes one 60-minute online session.
Payment is made when you book.
Is a Brain Session right for me?
A Brain Session may be right for you if:
- you are stuck with one ADHD-related problem
- you want help quickly
- you do not feel ready for a coaching package
- you need to talk something through before deciding what support you need
- you want practical, honest support from someone who understands ADHD from the inside
It may not be the right fit if you need therapy, crisis support, diagnosis, medical advice, or ongoing weekly support without a wider coaching package.
Brain Session or coaching?
A Brain Session is best for one specific issue.
The six-session ADHD coaching package is better when the same problems keep repeating across work, home, relationships, admin, routines, and confidence.
A Brain Session can be a good first step.
If coaching would make more sense, I will say that plainly.
