ADHD coaching package
The main ADHD coaching package is £750 for six one to one sessions.

This gives us enough time to understand what is going on, spot the patterns, and work through practical changes without rushing everything into one conversation.
How much does ADHD coaching cost in the UK?
ADHD coaching costs vary across the UK, but my core coaching package is kept clear and simple.
The six session package costs £750. That works out at £125 per one hour session, with written summaries included after each session.
One off Brain Sessions are £75 if you need focused help with a specific issue, decision, or stuck point.

ADHD coaching can sometimes be funded by an employer or through Access to Work, depending on your circumstances and what support has been agreed.
