1. Services
ADHDaptive Ltd provides ADHD coaching, support, consultancy, and training. The agreed service will be confirmed in writing.
2. Payment terms
- Payment is due before services begin
- Invoices are issued in advance
- Late payment may result in paused services
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate information
- Take responsibility for decisions and actions
- Engage with the process where possible
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
- Reasonable notice is expected
- Missed sessions may be chargeable
5. Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential. Exceptions apply where there are safety or legal concerns.
6. Safeguarding
Safeguarding concerns may result in appropriate action being taken. See safeguarding policy for full details.
7. Liability
ADHDaptive Ltd does not guarantee outcomes. Coaching supports decision-making but responsibility remains with the client.
8. Data protection
Personal data is handled in line with the privacy policy.
