Nothing mystical. We take the mess in your head and make it easier to work with.

This is a low friction way to get support, especially if you are not ready for ongoing coaching or just need help with something specific.
If it turns out you want more support after that, fine. If not, also fine.
No. This is a one off session. You can book one session on its own and leave it there.
You can use it for overwhelm, work stress, decision making, task paralysis, late diagnosis questions, or one specific problem you need help thinking through.
