Low Cost ADHD Coaching in the North East and Online Across the UK

Why ADHD Coaching Needs to Be Affordable

ADHD coaching has changed my life, and I see it changing lives every day. But here’s the reality: many people simply can’t afford it. Unless they manage to get Access to Work funding, ADHD coaching is often out of reach.

Most coaches charge upwards of £100 per session. Some even more. For people already dealing with ADHD-related challenges at work, with money, or just trying to get by, that cost is enough to stop them before they even start. And I hear it constantly from potential clients: “I’d love to do coaching, but I just can’t afford it.”

That’s why I set out to do something different with ADHDaptive.

I want to make ADHD coaching affordable. I want it to be accessible both in person here in the North East, and online so people across the UK can benefit too. Because coaching only makes a difference if people can actually access it.

Why Affordable ADHD Coaching Matters

ADHD doesn’t just affect focus. It impacts careers, relationships, money management, and day-to-day life. Many people spend decades undiagnosed, and by the time they get clarity, they’ve already experienced setbacks in work, education, or mental health.

The idea of paying £600, £1000, or more for coaching packages is just too much for many adults with ADHD. And when financial stress is already part of the problem, expensive coaching only makes things worse.

That’s why low cost ADHD coaching is so important:

  • ADHD and money struggles are linked. Late diagnosis often means years of lost income, unstable jobs, or burnout.
  • Executive functioning challenges make finances harder. Budgeting, remembering bills, or long-term planning can be overwhelming.
  • Expensive support becomes another barrier. People end up excluded from the very help that could make the biggest difference.

Coaching shouldn’t be a luxury. It should be accessible, practical, and affordable.

What I Offer at ADHDaptive

With ADHDaptive, I’ve made a clear choice: keep prices lower, and make support available to more people.

I offer:

  • Low cost ADHD coaching in person in the North East. If you’re based in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland, Gateshead, or Teesside, you can work with me face to face.
  • Affordable online ADHD coaching across the UK. Distance doesn’t have to be a barrier. I work with clients nationwide.
  • Flexible options. From one-off brain sessions to longer coaching packages, there’s something that can fit into different budgets and needs.

For transparency, all my prices are listed on my ADHDaptive Pricing page. I’m also considerate of individual circumstances, because life isn’t simple and I know money can be tight.

Why This Matters to Me Personally

I was diagnosed late in life. I spent years thinking I was just failing at things other people seemed to manage. The endless cycle of trying harder, burning out, and then blaming myself. Coaching helped me break that pattern.

It gave me tools, perspective, and practical strategies. And that’s what I want to give others. But not just those who can easily pay for it. I want to reach the people who need it but think they’ll never be able to afford it.

I didn’t start ADHDaptive to be rich or famous. I started it because I like helping people. Because I know the difference ADHD coaching can make when it’s done well. And because I want as many people as possible to have that chance, regardless of their financial situation.

Of course, I need to pay my bills like anyone else. But I’d rather help more people at an affordable rate than only a few at high-end prices.

Accessible ADHD Coaching – Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland, Gateshead, Teesside and UK Online

Whether you’re in Newcastle, Sunderland, Durham, Northumberland, Gateshead, or Teesside, I offer affordable ADHD coaching in person. If you’re further afield, you can access the same support online from anywhere in the UK.

The goal is the same wherever you are: to provide low cost, accessible ADHD coaching that works for your brain, your life, and your circumstances.

Final Thoughts

I want ADHDaptive to be the go-to place for affordable ADHD coaching in the North East and online across the UK. Because cost shouldn’t be the thing that stops someone from getting support.

Every person deserves the chance to build strategies, find focus, and make progress without feeling shut out. That’s why I do this. That’s why ADHDaptive exists.
