The perspective I bring

My contribution combines lived experience of ADHD and autism with professional coaching and nearly 30 years working in technology, leadership and universities. I now work with adults, young people, families and organisations through ADHDaptive.

I can talk about what policies, workplaces and support systems feel like from the other side of the process, and where apparently sensible systems create unnecessary barriers. I comment from lived, coaching and workplace experience. I do not present myself as a psychiatrist or provide medical diagnosis.

Andrew Lambert is the founder of ADHDaptive and an ADHD and autism coach based in Northumberland. Diagnosed with ADHD and autism at 50, Andrew writes and speaks about late diagnosis, neurodivergent life, work, burnout and the systems that often make life harder than it needs to be.
